Can I make changes to my website after it’s launched?

Absolutely! Small changes are welcome if you need to update content, or make recurrent design changes, our team will handle it for you, and may charge a little bit monthly approved by you beforehand.

What kind of support do you provide?

We provide ongoing monthly support, which includes regular small website updates (content), performance monitoring, security patches, and technical support for any issues or changes you need to make.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, all websites we develop are fully responsive, meaning they are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Your website will look great and perform well on any device.

Will you use templates for my website?

No, unless you request it. Our commitment is to bring you an unique design, with great user experience, totally responsive and user friendly for your website, is the best way to grow your online presence.

How can i see the progress of my website?

Glad you asked, we use Trello as our organization tool. We create a personalized board and will add all the cards for the tasks involved in the 3 phases, you will be invited and needed from time to time when we request any feedback or approval. This way we are transparent on the process and you can see the progress at any time.

Can i update the general design of my website?

Yes, we know that is important to keep our websites up to actual trends, that’s why every two (2) years with an active plan, we offer you a redesign of the entire website at no cost! how cool is that uhh?

What if i don’t like my website?

We offer a money-back guarantee for 30 days from the day you purchase your website if you brought your own domain; If we purchased the domain, the refund will deduct the cost of this domain registration. If you are not happy for any reason, just contact us for a refund.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your website will remain live until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, hosting and support will be discontinued, which may result in your website going offline unless transferred to another provider.

How long does it take to build my website?

The timeline depends on the complexity of your website and the customization required. However, most websites are ready to launch within 2-4 weeks from the start of the design process.

Do i need to have a brand already from my business?

Nop. If you have it, will improve the pace of the design process by a lot. If you need one, we can work it out for an small fixed fee and incorporate it on the  design process.

Is there any active promotions?

Yes!, any new subscribers will have a discount on the first three (3) months of their plan, after that period, regular price will be taken place.

Is there any referral or affiliate program?

Yes, when you bring a new prospect and signs up successfully on any plan, you will get an additional month with the 25% or 23% discount base on your plan active at the month on your next billing cycle. No limit.

Can i have several plans?

Yes, you can have as many plans as you want, as long as they are separated projects or websites.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, we are planning to add more online payment methods in the near future. Your subscription is billed monthly.

Do i have a minimum contract time subscription?

All plans request a minimum of One (1) year commitment since some third party components of your website like the domain service cannot be retained monthly. If you don’t want to renew the service, per request, we can export the site and transfer your domain to another provider.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, you can use your own domain if you already have one. If not, we’ll help you register a new domain as part of your subscription.

Which Domain i can get?

Domain could vary, what we do is send you a list of domain prospects that convey perfectly with your Business name in a low range of price in order to preserve the low monthly price.

What is an SSL certificate, and why do I need it?

An SSL certificate secures the connection between your website and its visitors, encrypting any data transferred, such as personal information. It also boosts your website’s credibility and search engine rankings. We include SSL certificates with every plan for free.

What if I need custom features for my website?

We offer customization options based on your business needs. For more complex functionality, such as e-commerce or integrations, our Large and ExtraLarge plans provide advanced features and custom development options.
